The staff were exceptional, providing prompt response and assistance to any inquiry.
The location was very central, within walking distance of Trafalgar Square for the London Marathon, as well as the theatres, shops, and restaurants. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a clean and comfortable room that included an iPad and a large TV. The bed was luxurious, with a super king hypos bed that was incredibly comfortable. We also appreciated the separate shower cubicle and bath, as well as the great mirrors. The hotel staff even went above and beyond to fulfill our requests for our anniversary, setting up rose petals, chocolate strawberries, and a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Lastly, the complimentary drinks refilled daily added an extra special touch to our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near multiple tube lines, making it easy to access both central London's tourist attractions and theatres. The breakfast provided exceeded our expectations with its variety and quality. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience.

The location was perfect, with many of London's famous attractions within walking distance, including Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, Buckingham Palace.
The hotel was also conveniently situated next to a railway station, and just a minute's walk from Embankment Tube station, making it really easy to get around the city.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
The location of this hotel was perfect, right outside of Charing Cross Station and within walking distance to the National Gallery. The cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities provided were exceptional. The breakfast offered was delicious and worth every penny. The staff, especially the concierge Niels and Martina in the lounge, went above and beyond to make us feel like family.
